Iran and Israel continue exchanging strikes, leaving several dead and dozens injured

Several people were reported killed across northern and central Israel as Iran launched several rounds of missiles. The Israeli military said early Sunday it targeted Iran’s Defence Ministry headquarters in Tehran.
